Request to confirm the pending implication of an exploration session.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”questionId must name the session’s pending question — the one the last
start, confirm, refute or status call returned. Any other id (a replayed
confirm after a lost response, a stale id, an id after completion) answers
409 with code exploration_question_not_pending, and nothing is applied.
