Request to register a user-defined function.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”No tenant field: the function goes to the tenant of the client’s
X-Tenant-Id header. The engine refuses a body tenant_id that differs from
the header (function_tenant_mismatch), so the SDK never sends one.
A FunctionDraftDto is this same type, so a complete draft passes
straight to FunctionsClient.registerFunction.
