A point in time for a temporal diff.

Remarks

Bitemporal: snapshotId selects transaction time (what the knowledge base contained at that snapshot), at selects valid time (which terms were in effect at that instant, per their OSF temporal features). Both absent means “live” — the current state.

Valid-time point (RFC 3339 date-time): filter terms by their OSF temporal features (valid_from/valid_to, effective/expiry dates) at this instant.

Transaction-time point: a tenant snapshot UUID (what the KB contained).
