A reference to another term, with nothing said about what it is.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”What a reference falls back to when it is neither a named variable nor an interned literal — an ordinary stored term, or an anonymous variable, which carries no name to report. It never names a sort: a sort value arrives as a SortRefFeatureValue.
