MarketplaceScope = "tenant" | "system_wide"

The install scope a marketplace request targets.

Remarks

Serialized untagged as a plain lowercase string ("tenant" / "system_wide"). The wire values are preserved verbatim — they are data, not identifiers.

• "tenant" — a per-tenant install. The scope always resolves to the authenticated principal’s own tenant; a request body never names a foreign tenant.
• "system_wide" — a platform-wide install (platform_admin only). A system-wide enabled plugin is consulted on every tenant’s proofs.
