Request for the tenant’s constraint graph.

Focus term (UUID). Absent: every bound constraint declared on a sort, with sort-level feature paths as variables and no status. Present: every constraint that governs this term (own and inherited), evaluated now, with (term, feature) slots as variables. A term the tenant does not hold answers 404.
