A catalog row: one published plugin version.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”A yanked (deprecated) version stays LISTED but is FLAGGED — it is never hidden.
A new install of a yanked version is rejected by the backend, so clients should
warn on yanked before offering an install affordance.
bundleId is the content-addressed install handle — pass it to
InstallPluginRequest.bundleId.
