TermReferencesDisposition = "refuse" | "cascade" | "detach"

What DELETE /api/v1/terms/{id} does about terms that reference this one.

Remarks

• refuse (the default) — answer 409 and name the referrers, leaving everything alone.
• cascade — delete the referrers too, and report them.
• detach — keep the referrers, drop the feature that pointed here, and report them.

Before this existed the delete simply succeeded and left every referrer holding an id that no longer resolves.
