Request to create a new saved goal.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”Goals are saved for later reuse via goal_id in backward/forward chain requests.
The engine stores a saved goal apart from the tenant’s facts: the goal is not
written into the live knowledge base and does not appear in a MATCH.
