Interface: DisentailmentResponse
Section titled “Interface: DisentailmentResponse”Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:86
Response from disentailment check.
Properties
Section titled “Properties”antecedentDegree
Section titled “antecedentDegree”antecedentDegree:
number
Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:113
How strongly the supplied facts establish the antecedent, in [0, 1].
computationTimeMs
Section titled “computationTimeMs”computationTimeMs:
number
Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:88
Computation time in milliseconds.
confidence
Section titled “confidence”confidence:
number
Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:97
Confidence degree (0.0 to 1.0).
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”Governed by how strongly the facts establish the antecedent: with no support the verdict is vacuous. Equal to DisentailmentResponse.antecedentDegree.
consequentDegree
Section titled “consequentDegree”consequentDegree:
number
Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:118
How strongly the consequent is established, in [0, 1]: by the facts, or
by the antecedent it would follow from.
degree
Section titled “degree”degree:
number
Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:111
Graded degree to which the disentailment still holds, in [0, 1].
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”1 - violationDegree, where the violation degree is
min(antecedentDegree, consequentDegree): the degree to which the
antecedent forces the consequent it was supposed to exclude.
DisentailmentResponse.holds is this degree read crisply.
holds:
boolean
Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:99
Whether the disentailment holds (antecedent is false, or consequent is false).
