Unified inbox — /api/v1/inbox*.
Notifications filed for the caller’s tenant: inbound channel messages routed
to it, its cron job triggers, and chat messages sent over its agents’
cognitive WebSockets. Distinct from the per-agent message inbox of the
cognitive client (client.cognitive.getInbox).
