A single drafted inference rule: a head implied by at least one antecedent.

Antecedent conditions (the rule body). The engine always drafts at least one: it never returns an antecedent-less draft, because a term with no antecedents is a fact.

Certainty factor in [0, 1]. Defaults to 1.0 when the model does not qualify the rule.
