What DELETE /api/v1/sorts/{id} does about the sorts BELOW the sort.

refuse (the default) deletes the sort alone, and refuses while a child sort would be left with no parent (sort_would_orphan_children).

delete deletes the sort and every sort of the tenant below it, leaves first. Every guard is answered over the WHOLE set before any sort is removed, so a refusal leaves the whole subtree in place. A subtree of more than 1 000 sorts is refused (sort_subtree_too_large).
