Interface: ReplaceRuleResponse

@kortexya/reasoninglayer

@kortexya/reasoninglayer / ReplaceRuleResponse

Defined in: src/types/inference.ts:1670

Result of replacing a rule.

certification: RuleCertificationDelta

Defined in: src/types/inference.ts:1698

How the edit moved the rule base’s guarantees.

optional etag?: string

Defined in: src/types/inference.ts:1694

The REPLACEMENT rule’s content tag (sha256-<hex>), from the ETag response header: the ifMatch for the next edit or withdrawal.

Not part of the response body. Absent when the engine sends no header: the replacement is written, but the read that tags the response failed after the write committed. Read the tag from RuleEntryDto.etag then.

previousRuleId: string

Defined in: src/types/inference.ts:1681

The id the rule had before the edit.

A rule’s id IS its conclusion term id, so an edit changes it by construction. Durable references to the old id are retracted rather than migrated: a conclusion proved by the pre-edit clause is not proved by the post-edit one, which is the point of the edit. A client holding the old id must adopt the new one.

term: PsiTermDto

Defined in: src/types/inference.ts:1683

The replacement rule, as created.

withdrawal: RuleWithdrawalReport

Defined in: src/types/inference.ts:1696

What withdrawing the previous rule removed.
