Interface: ForecastDomain

@kortexya/reasoninglayer

@kortexya/reasoninglayer / ForecastDomain

Defined in: src/types/forecast.ts:392

One registered prediction domain.

outcome is the domain’s outcome-shape tag. The tags the backend emits today are grouped_rank, cross_section, binary and scalar; it is typed as string because the backend publishes the field as an open tag rather than a schema enum, so a shape added server-side must not break clients built against an older spec snapshot. A committed forecast’s ForecastBody carries its own closed shape discriminator.

modelAvailable is false for a registered-but-untrained domain — forecasting it returns an honest abstention (HTTP 200), not an error.

const { domains } = await client.forecast.listForecastDomains();
const trained = domains.filter((d) => d.modelAvailable);
