Rename, or amend the description/index of, one feature declaration on a sort.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”One body states ONE edit — a PatchSortFeatureRename (name,
optional cascadeTerms) or a PatchSortFeatureAmendment
(description and/or index, no cascadeTerms). The union makes the
engine’s 400s for a rename combined with an amendment, for cascadeTerms
on an amendment, and for an empty body compile errors.
