The closed code of a vocabulary refusal (VocabularyRefusalResponse.code).

Remarks

Every vocabulary 4xx except 404 (an unknown record) and 412 (a stale If-Match) carries one of these codes, and so do the 503 refusals and the activation 500 materialized_vocabulary_drift. A 404 of GET /requests/{operation}/{key} carries no_committed_outcome.

invalid_request arrives with 400 (a body that is not JSON, a malformed path, query value or If-Match), 413 (a body over the size limit), 415 (not application/json) or 422 (a body that does not deserialize, or a field out of bounds).
