Reference a sort by UUID — used by homoiconic meta-constraints (e.g.
sort_constraint) that name a sort as a first-class value.
Wire format: { "sort_ref": "<uuid>" } (not sort_id, which would
collide with FeatureInputInlineTerm under serde-untagged
deserialization on the backend).
