Remove one feature declaration from a sort.

Also drop the feature’s value from every term of this sort and its subsorts.

Off by default, for the same reason as PatchSortFeatureRename.cascadeTerms: removing a declaration un-declares the values, it does not invalidate them — an OSF term may carry a feature its sort does not declare. The count is reported either way.
