Interface: FunctionCaller

@kortexya/reasoninglayer / FunctionCaller

Defined in: src/types/functions.ts:386

One thing that calls a function.

A function is reachable by name from exactly two places: another registered function’s clause body, and a rule’s function_call goal. Both are scanned before a withdrawal, because removing the function underneath either leaves the caller naming something that no longer resolves — and the failure surfaces at evaluation time.

kind: FunctionCallerKind

Defined in: src/types/functions.ts:388

Where the reference lives.

name: string

Defined in: src/types/functions.ts:393

The calling function’s name, or a label for the calling rule — so a refusal names something the caller can find.

optional termId?: string

Defined in: src/types/functions.ts:399

Term id of the calling rule’s conclusion, or of the function_call goal when no rule holds it. Absent for a function caller, which is identified by name.
