Where a rule names a sort.

  • conclusion — the rule concludes a term of the sort.
  • antecedent — an antecedent pattern of the rule has the sort.
  • sort_constraint — a value of the rule names the sort itself (a sort value, or a set’s sort constraint).
  • term_reference — a pattern of the rule holds a reference to a DATA term of the sort that the term cascade would remove. Only a refusal names a rule this way, and the delete is refused under every rules disposition until the rule is withdrawn.
