Interface: EntailmentResponse

@kortexya/reasoninglayer

@kortexya/reasoninglayer / EntailmentResponse

Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:25

Response from entailment check.

antecedentDegree: number

Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:54

How strongly the supplied facts establish the antecedent, in [0, 1].

The best subsumption degree of the antecedent over any fact: a fact witnesses the antecedent when the antecedent subsumes it, so a sparrow fact supports animal.

computationTimeMs: number

Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:27

Computation time in milliseconds.

confidence: number

Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:34

Confidence degree (0.0 to 1.0).

Equal to EntailmentResponse.degree.

consequentDegree: number

Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:62

How strongly the consequent is established, in [0, 1].

The better of two routes: witnessed by the facts, or subsuming the antecedent it would follow from.

degree: number

Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:45

Graded entailment degree in [0, 1]: min(antecedentDegree, consequentDegree).

A value strictly between 0 and 1 means the two are related only through a fuzzy sort relation (an explicit graded subsumption or an approved sort similarity), not through the crisp hierarchy.

entails: boolean

Defined in: src/types/reasoning.ts:36

Whether antecedent entails consequent: EntailmentResponse.degree read crisply.
