Reason why an entity requires human review.

The one review-reason enum of the engine: the extraction pipeline, the sort-proposal flow, addPendingReview and re-extraction each name one of these values. The producer’s own sentence travels separately, as reasonDetail. An exhaustive switch must handle 're_extraction', the reason of an entity a re-extraction found.
