Section titled “Remarks”The first stop that applies: the input stop reason (visible_limit,
scan_limit), then the crisp search stop reason, then the stop reason of
the highest-alpha incomplete fuzzy cut (output_limit, visited_limit,
work_limit, cancelled). A rejected registration alone makes success
false without an incomplete reason.

Remarks
