MarketplaceErrorCode = "plugin_not_persisted" | "plugin_has_governed_data" | "governed_data_unverified" | "plugin_sort_identity_changed"

Defined in: src/types/marketplace.ts:447

The code of a marketplace refusal, read with errorBodyCode.

The body is { error, code, message }; the message is for a human.

  • plugin_not_persisted (503, publish and every system-wide lifecycle operation) — the durable registry did not store the operation, and the engine reversed it in this process. A write the database refused committed nothing; a write it did not answer in time has an UNKNOWN outcome and may still land. Repeat the request once the database answers.
  • plugin_has_governed_data (409, disable and uninstall) — the plugin, or a dependent a cascade would remove, contributes a @governed sort that still holds records (in any tenant, for a system-wide install). Nothing changed; only the engine-internal writer of those records can remove them.
  • governed_data_unverified (503, disable and uninstall) — whether such a sort holds records could not be established. Nothing changed.
  • plugin_sort_identity_changed (409, upgrade) — the target version does not re-declare, unchanged, every sort the installed version contributes, so a restart would orphan or alter it. The installed version stays. The message lists the sorts “not declared” and “declared differently”.
