Wire format: lower-case snake_case strings. missing_clause, deviation and contradiction come from the OSF diff pass; rule_violation comes from the knowledge-base rules pass. scope_incomplete (severity info, from the OSF diff pass) says the comparison scope of a reference clause is not established, so the diff could not judge that clause.
