Why one document of an ingestion session failed.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”The three version refusals are the same code the synchronous upload
answers for the same refusal. not_attempted and ingestion_failed exist
only on a session document; the synchronous upload answers those failures
with no code. ingestion_failed covers both unparseable content and an
engine fault, and SessionDocument.error says which.
