Move a sort in the lattice: the complete new parent set.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”parents REPLACES the parent set of the sort; it does not add to it. An
empty array makes the sort a root. A duplicate counts once. The same parents
in the same order as now is a no-op (changed: false). A reordering IS a
change, because inheritance is walked in parent order.
