Section titled “interventions?”
optionalinterventions?:InterventionDto[]
Defined in: src/types/thomas.ts:268
Interventions to apply — a target silenced, held or capped.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”Applied AFTER the parameters are identified from the untreated model. With any given, ThomasStudyResponse.pathways and ThomasStudyResponse.reachable describe the TREATED network, and ThomasStudyResponse.effect carries the difference.
smb:
string
Defined in: src/types/thomas.ts:239
The model, in SMBioNet/TotemBioNet .smb syntax.
