The code a speech synthesis route puts in its 503 body.

Section titled “Remarks”POST /api/v1/speech/synthesize, POST /api/v1/speech/voices and
DELETE /api/v1/speech/voices/{id} answer 503 for ONE condition: no
synthesis service is configured, or the configured one has no model loaded.
It is permanent until an operator acts, and the body is
{ error, code: 'speech_synthesis_not_configured', message } — read it with
errorBodyCode. A synthesis service that failed ONE call (refused
connection, timeout, unexpected upstream status) answers 502 instead; the
next call can succeed.
