Relational operator used by the compare variant of a BoolExpr.

Wire values (snake_case): "le" (≤), "ge" (≥), "eq" (=), "lt" (<), "gt" (>), "ne" (≠). This is the flow/feasibility operator; the constraint-solver RelOpDto of the constraints area spells its operators out ("less_than_or_equal", …) and is a different type.
