Desired miscoverage rate α ∈ (0, 1). A value of 0.05 targets 95% marginal coverage.

samples

Labeled calibration samples: each carries a caller-assigned ID, the ground-truth label for that sample, and the classifier’s predicted per-class scores. Minimum 1 sample; in practice ≥ 1000 for the theorem’s 1/n discretisation to be tight.
